Out Bound ( Collect information from customer over phone)
Banded ( provide information and collect information over phone)
Qualification for job:
Most of the Call Centre offers their job for graduate. But HSC passed people can get the job. But in that case English efficiency is must. In Bangladesh there has two types of job vacancies
1. Executive ( Non Talk)
2. Executive ( Tec Support)
Earnings:
In Bangladeshi call Centre Fresher can earn 7000-12000 taka and in International Call centre Fresher can earn 15000-25000 taka per month.
This salary will increase as per as performance.
This is basic concept of Call centre. People can get training from any training centre but be careful about fake training centre.
